Last updated: 28 October 2026Website operator: WISEDM LTDCyprus
Important: This page sets out general website and enquiry terms. Wholesale orders, reseller appointments, distribution rights and territorial exclusivity require separately agreed commercial documentation. This draft should be checked against WISEDM LTD’s actual contracting practices and reviewed by Cyprus counsel before publication.
01

About these terms

These Terms govern access to the official WizNMix Worldwide website operated by WISEDM LTD and enquiries about the WizNMix All-In-One, wholesale supply, resale, commercial partnerships and distribution. They do not themselves constitute a quotation, order acceptance, appointment as a reseller or distributor, or grant of exclusivity. A separate signed agreement or expressly accepted order terms govern any commercial transaction; in case of conflict, those specific written terms take priority for that transaction.

02

Company and contact details

The website operator is WISEDM LTD, 64 Lordou Vyronos Street, Mylonas Tower, 1st Floor, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus; P.O. Box 40403, 6304. General and wholesale enquiries: info@wiznmix.com. References to ‘we’, ‘our’ and ‘us’ mean WISEDM LTD. Please verify the company registration number and any mandatory company disclosures before publication.

03

Definitions

‘Products’ means the WizNMix All-In-One and accessories offered by WISEDM LTD; ‘Buyer’ means a business purchasing Products; ‘Reseller’ means a business approved in writing to resell Products; ‘Distributor’ means a business appointed under a separate written distribution agreement; ‘Territory’ means any geographical market expressly specified in that agreement; and ‘Website’ means this official WizNMix website.

04

Who may enquire

Wholesale and distribution enquiries are intended for genuine businesses and authorised representatives. You must provide accurate company, contact, territory and proposed channel information. We may request evidence of business registration, tax status, trading history and distribution capability, and may decline an enquiry without creating any commercial relationship.

05

No automatic appointment or exclusivity

Submitting an enquiry, discussing commercial terms, receiving a presentation or placing an initial order does not make a business an authorised distributor or exclusive partner. Appointment, scope, duration, sales channels, territory, targets and exclusivity (if any) must be expressly documented in a written agreement signed by authorised representatives.

06

Quotations and pricing

Prices, discounts, recommended retail prices, minimum order quantities, currencies, taxes, shipping charges and payment terms are determined by a written quotation, accepted purchase order or separate agreement. Website material is informational and is not a binding offer. We may correct obvious errors before accepting an order. Any resale-pricing guidance is non-binding unless permitted by applicable law.

07

Orders and acceptance

A purchase order is an offer to buy. No order becomes binding until WISEDM LTD expressly accepts it in writing or performs it under agreed terms. We may clarify availability, specification, quantity, delivery timing and destination before acceptance. Changes or cancellations after acceptance require written agreement, subject to mandatory law.

08

Payment and credit

Payment method, deposit, due date, currency, credit arrangements and consequences of late payment must be set out in the accepted order or separate commercial agreement. No credit facility is implied by prior dealings. Any interest, suspension rights or recovery charges apply only where lawfully agreed.

09

Delivery, title and risk

Shipping method, delivery location, estimated lead times, Incoterms® rule (if applicable), risk transfer and passage of title must be stated in the accepted order or agreement. Dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Buyers are responsible for import clearance, duties and local taxes to the extent assigned to them under the agreed delivery terms.

10

Product information and changes

Product images, presentations, function descriptions and specifications are provided to explain the range. We aim for accuracy but may make reasonable improvements or substitutions consistent with agreed specifications. The accepted commercial documentation controls the Products supplied. Buyers should confirm local plug, voltage, labelling and regulatory requirements before ordering.

11

Reseller responsibilities

Approved resellers must describe Products accurately, use current authorised materials, follow product instructions, provide lawful customer information, and comply with applicable consumer, advertising, product-safety and e-commerce laws. Resellers must not make unsupported performance, patent, medical or regulatory claims or imply they are WISEDM LTD itself.

12

Distribution and territories

Distribution rights, permitted channels, territory, sub-distributors, online marketplace permissions, reporting, minimum purchase commitments, marketing support and termination arrangements are matters for a separate written agreement. No territory is reserved by website correspondence alone. All arrangements remain subject to applicable competition and trade laws.

13

Brand, patents and intellectual property

WizNMix branding, designs, product photography, manuals, presentations, website content and proprietary technology are owned by WISEDM LTD or its licensors, as applicable. The business states that five proprietary patents protect its technology; precise patent numbers, territories, status and ownership should be checked before making market-specific claims. No patent, trademark or other intellectual-property licence is granted except as expressly authorised in writing.

14

Marketing and use of materials

Partners may use only assets and claims they are authorised to use, must preserve required notices and must not alter branding in a misleading way. Use of our name in domain names, social media accounts, paid advertisements or marketplace storefronts requires prior written approval where applicable. We may request removal of inaccurate or unauthorised representations.

15

Product compliance and recalls

The parties’ respective obligations for import, conformity assessment, product registration, safety instructions, traceability, reporting and corrective action will depend on their legal roles and written arrangements. Partners must promptly report credible safety concerns and cooperate with lawful product recalls or corrective actions. Nothing in these Terms overrides mandatory product-safety law.

16

Warranties, defects and returns

Commercial warranties, inspection periods, defect notification procedures, return authorisations, remedies and spare-part support must be specified in the relevant order or written agreement. Website descriptions do not create an additional commercial warranty. Nothing here removes non-excludable statutory rights, including rights of consumers buying from a reseller.

17

Confidentiality and business information

Commercial proposals, negotiated prices, forecasts, product plans and non-public technical information identified as confidential should not be disclosed or used outside the contemplated business relationship without permission, except where required by law. A separate confidentiality agreement may be required before sensitive information is exchanged.

18

Website use and third-party content

You must not misuse the Website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or reproduce its content for commercial use without permission. External websites and embedded video services are governed by their own terms. We may update, suspend or remove website content, while taking reasonable steps to maintain accurate information.

19

Liability and force majeure

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WISEDM LTD is not responsible for indirect business losses arising solely from reliance on general website information. Any negotiated limits or exclusions for product orders belong in the accepted commercial contract. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control to the extent provided by the relevant contract and law.

20

Privacy and data protection

Personal data submitted through enquiries and other Website interactions is handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law. Commercial partners may have separate controller or processor obligations depending on their activities. The Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy/.

21

Changes, law and disputes

We may update these Website Terms prospectively; the date shown on this page identifies the current version. Existing accepted orders and signed agreements are not automatically amended by a website update. Subject to mandatory applicable law and any express written agreement, these Website Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, with disputes subject to the competent courts of Cyprus.
